Dv2 Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Order Inventory Viewer Shopify app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when merchants install and use the App.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we may access and process information from your Shopify store, including:

• Store information, such as your store name and store domain
• Order data, including order IDs, line items, and quantities
• Product and inventory data, including SKUs, inventory levels, and location information
• App configuration and settings saved by the merchant
• Shopify access tokens and related authentication data required for secure communication with Shopify

We do not sell merchant data, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the App to function.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to operate and improve the App, including to:

• Display inventory levels by location inside Shopify orders
• Provide low-stock warnings and fulfillment suggestions
• Save and apply merchant app settings
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain app performance, reliability, and security

3. Data Storage

We may store app settings and limited technical data required to provide the App. We do not permanently store order or inventory data except as needed for app functionality, support, security, or legal compliance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant data to third parties.

We may share data only in the following limited situations:

• With service providers that help us host, maintain, or secure the App
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect our rights, users, systems, or prevent fraud or abuse

5. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill legitimate business or legal obligations.

If you uninstall the App, Shopify access to your store is revoked. We may delete associated stored settings and app-related data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including secure communication with Shopify and restricted access to stored data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

As a merchant, you control your store data. You may uninstall the App at any time to revoke its access to your Shopify store. You may also contact us to request deletion of app-related stored data, subject to any legal obligations we may have.
